High-alloy and low-alloy ultra-high-strength steel

High-alloy and low-alloy ultra-high-strength steel

Ultra-high-strength steel refers to structural steel with room temperature tensile strength σ≥1400 MPa or yield strength σ 0.2≥1350 MPa. Shafts, joints and butt bolts are one of the essential materials for aviation manufacturing. According to the total content of alloying elements in ultra-high-strength steels, they can be divided into three categories, namely low-alloy ultra-high-strength steel, medium-alloy ultra-high-strength steel, and high-alloy ultra-high-strength steel.
