Heat Treatment of 40CrMoV4-6, 1.7711 Steel for high temperature boilers and high temperature bolts

  • Annealing at a temperature of 680 - 730℃ 

  • Normalization at a temperature of 880 - 900℃ 

  • Annealing at a temperature of 830℃ 

  • Annealing at a temperature of 900 - 930℃ 

  • Normalization at a temperature of 650 - 720℃ 

  • Stress relief annealing after hardening at a temperature of 200℃ 

  • Stress relief annealing at a temperature 50℃  lower than tempering
