95MnWCr5, 1.2825, O1, UNS T31501 - Introduction and Application
O1, UNS T31501, Sk3 is an AOD oil-hardened tool steel that can reach up to 65 rockwell C in hardness, tool steel for cold-working at low speeds with low tendency to hardening cracking and dimensional deformation while hardening and tempering processes. this alloy is relatively inexpensive as compared to other tool steel grades. O1 has poor dimensional stability and if tighter dimensional requirements are needed A2 Tool Steel and D2 Tool Steel can be used. Typical applications are blanking dies and tooling dies that do not require extended life, 100MnCrW4, 1.2510 grades are used for the production of trimmers and blanking dies, special knives, dies, reamers, cutting saws, broaches, thread and piston rods, taps, milling cutters, broaches, and precision measuring tools

Rolling and forging at a temperature of 1050 - 850 ℃
Softening annealing at a temperature of 680 - 700 ℃
Hardening at a temperature of 780 - 810℃
Tempering at a tempering of 150 - 250℃
Relief annealing at a temperature of 600 - 650℃
