X20CrMoV11-1, 1.4922 - Introduction and Application

X20CrMoV11-1 is a grade similar to X22CrMoV12-1 and 1.4923, with a martensitic structure after heat treatment. Designed to provide pressure and high temperature applications up to 600°C for equipment in the power, petroleum and chemical industries. The steel is mainly supplied in the form of hot-rolled boiler tubes, fittings and casings. Compared with X20CrMoV11-1, the above grades show better and more stable strength performance under normalizing and tempering + NT conditions. Steel can be classified as one of the heat-resistant grades.
